The reception is open from 8:00 a.m. until 20:00.

Each guest receives 3 keys: one for the room, one for the main door, and one for the big door on the street, so that you are free to go out and in of the hotel whenever you want.
For this reason we remember to our guests to bring their keys with them everytime they go out.

The check-in time starts from 12:00 a.m. to 20:00, in order to let us prepare the rooms. Those who forecast to arrive after 24:00 are kindly requested to communicate this fact when they reserve the room. In case of unexpected late, please phone us so that we can prepare the solution for the problem.

For what concerns check-out time, our guests are kindly requested to leave the room before 11:00 a.m. .
If you want to use also the last day of your permanence without bringing your laggage with you, you can use our controlled laggage deposit, included in the price of the room (see the "Services" section for further details).

For organisational reasons, the cleaning of the room is not performed after 11:30 a.m. of the morning.
